Aloe Vera is an evergreen perennial and succulent plant species of the genus Aloe and its spiky succulent leaves born from the very short stems make it an engrossing houseplant. Aloe Vera comes with herbal benefits. It has fleshy leaves which hold special sacs filled with a gel well known for its cosmetic applications. This plant can grow to 60–100 cm (24–39 in) tall. The color of leaves varies from green to gray-green and shape is sword-like with little tiny spikes born at the edges. Water aloe vera plants deeply, but in order to prevent the root rot issues, allow the soil to dry at least 1 to 2 inches deep between waterings. Water about every 3 weeks would be best and should less in winter. And, It grows well in brighter light spots. This plant looks beautiful on house desks and floors when size is too small but more suitable for outdoor gardens.
