Ardisia Humilis

Ardisia Humilis is a beautiful flowering plant species of genus Ardisia. This evergreen shrub can add life to your house and office space with its beautiful green foliage. Its leaves are shiny, leathery, and dark green in color. It produces waxy, pink and red-purple flowers in spring and berry fruits in red color, which changes to dark purple when they mature in late autumn. This plant is native to southeastern Asia in southern China, the Philippines, and Vietnam. This plant can grow up to 1–2 m (rarely to 5 m) tall. It grows well in bright sunlight with partial shade and can survive medium light shade in indoor as well. It requires less frequent watering and well-drained, moist soil (not wet or saturated) for perfect growth.
